5. Subscriptions and Payment

5.1 Plans and Pricing

The Service offers multiple subscription tiers, which may include free and paid plans. Current pricing, features, and plan details are available within the Service and on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

5.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on an annual basis unless otherwise specified. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

5.3 Cancellation

6. Side Games, Scoring, and Settlement Features

6.1 Nature of Side Game Features

The Service includes tools for organizing and tracking traditional golf side games (such as Wolf, Nassau, Vegas, Skins, Stableford, and similar formats) among participants in private trip groups. These features function as scorekeeping and calculation tools. The Service calculates game results and suggested settlements based on rules and inputs provided by users.

6.2 No Gambling Operations

The Service does not operate as a gambling platform, sportsbook, or wagering service. We do not accept, hold, process, or facilitate the transfer of wagers, bets, or gambling funds. All financial settlement between users occurs outside the Service (e.g., through Venmo, PayPal, cash, or other methods chosen by users independently). We have no involvement in, and assume no responsibility for, the transfer of funds between users.

6.3 User Responsibility

By using side game features, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in side games complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in your jurisdiction.
  • You are participating in social games among friends and acquaintances within a private group, not in commercial gambling.
  • We make no representations or warranties regarding the legality of social wagering in your jurisdiction.
  • We are not liable for any losses, disputes, or legal consequences arising from your use of side game features or any related financial settlements.
  • You will not use the Service to facilitate commercial gambling operations.

6.4 Accuracy of Calculations

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of scoring and settlement calculations, the Service is provided as a tool to assist users. You are responsible for verifying results before settling. We are not liable for errors in calculations, scoring, or suggested settlement amounts.

7. Expense Splitting and Settlement

The Service may include features for tracking shared expenses among trip participants and calculating balances owed. These features are informational tools only. We do not process, hold, or transfer funds related to expense settlements. All payments between users occur outside the Service and at the sole discretion and responsibility of the users involved.

8. User Content

8.1 Your Content

You may submit, post, or share content through the Service, including profile information, scores, comments, photos, and trip details ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

8.2 Content Standards

You agree not to submit User Content that:

  • Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Contains malware, viruses, or any harmful code.

  • Constitutes spam or unsolicited advertising.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy of any scoring calculations, settlement amounts, handicap computations, or other data generated by the Service.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM SIDE GAMES, WAGERS, OR EXPENSE SETTLEMENTS BETWEEN USERS.
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT OR DATA.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
